Air Flow cigarettes were introduced in 1942 by the Riggio Tobacco Company, which was acquired by the American Tobacco Company in the early 1960s. The regular-sized version was an early filter-tipped brand (at a time when cigarettes were predominately unfiltered). A king-sized, non-filter version was also produced.
